Clear Air has been part of the Wellington region for over 25 years, helping clients manage asbestos, contaminated soil, hazardous materials, and wider site work safely.
The company is led by Jason Nicol, who was born and raised in Lower Hutt and started his career as a carpenter. After joining Clear Air as a logistics manager, Jason worked through the business as project manager, general manager, and now owner.
That hands-on journey has shaped the way Clear Air operates today, practical, people-focused, and built around clear communication, integrity, respect, and doing the job properly.

Clear Air provides a clear quote, then helps plan the work around safety requirements, timeframes, and any required notifications.
SAFE COMPLETION
The work is completed safely, carefully, and in line with the required process, with guidance provided through to completion.
